We had 3 rooms but turned away because we weren't listed on "their" breakfast list. Motel like this with room prices in $$$ shouldn't have "Breakfast List" to begin with. Come to USA even 2 star motels have free breakfast. I have been in lodging hospitality for 17 years and I have never seen 4 star hotel with "Breakfast" as paid amenities except for Hilton hotel group. We arrived late to even see whole hotel but still we paid full price as guests who checked in in afternoon. I usually don't write unless I see something to be corrected if a hotel needs to step towrd 5 star ratings in hotel industry. Thank you for memorable experience and what indian hotel industry needs to be corrected.
