Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Les services proposés ne sont pas présents tel que le petit déjeuner qui a pourtant été payé. Le personnel n'a pas été accueillant ni d'aucune aide, que ce soit laverie ou simple prêt de sèche cheveux. La chambre, non insonorisée, donnait sur une voie rapide très bruyante. La propreté du linge de bain et de lit laissait plus qu'à désirer ...
