Additional Info: Please read below for many more details and answers to any questions you might have:) The 10 story Palms Condo complex is located on the quiet north end of Jaco beach. You can walk the 15 minutes to the center of town where you will find numerous shops, great restaurants, nightlife, supermarkets, and banks. You can also grab a cab/uber into town for about $3-5\. No additional booking fees or resort fees! Our unit is on the 5th floor so it is situated perfectly above the palm trees so that you can appreciate both the beach and endless ocean view. The unit has been updated, updates include a new kitchen and bathrooms. We have an oceanfront pool with lounge chairs and as Palms guests you will have full access to the resort pool located directly beside the Palms. Through a side gate you can enter the resort next door to take advantage of the huge pool, pool side tables and loungers and pool side drink service. There is also an outdoor restaurant , great coffee shop, and 2 other full service restaurants in addition to the Casino and sports bar. The living area has an open plan with a comfortable seating. There's a new 55 in flat screen smart TV with patio doors to the balcony. The newly remodeled kitchen is large enough to entertain guests, or feed the entire family with full size stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), an assortment of dishes, and large breakfast bar with seating, and lots of counter space. There is a fridge, dishwasher, oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker and microwave, outdoor electric grill. After a full days of activities or lounging at the beach you will be sure to get a great nights sleep in the comfortable beds. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, smartTV and sliding doors for direct access to the balcony. The large second bedroom comes furnished with a king sized bed that can split into 2 twin beds. Just let us know which configuration works better for you and we will have it set up when you arrive. There's also a TV in this bedroom. An airbed is available for 2 additional smaller guests. Jaco is only a 90 min drive from the San Jose airport. You could rent a car if you would like to have one for your stay (but we highly recommend a shuttle from the airport) You can always rent a car locally if you'd like to do some exploring on your own. We have free secure gated parking in front of the condo which is first come, first served, priority given to handicap. There is an overflow parking across and down the road. However a car is not necessary and most of the tour operators will come and pick you up at the front door! There is in-unit laundry with a full-size washer/dryer. With all of the comfort and amenities of home this condo is the perfect place for your Jaco vacation. Whether you are here to surf, swim, fish, explore or just simply relax, this is the perfect location. There are too many activities to mention but some of them include surfing, ATV rides to the waterfalls, Zip-lining, and golf or fishing at the nearby world famous Los Suenos Resort and Marina. Talk to us about setting up anything from airport transfers to tours, fishing, or even massages or personal chefs. We stayed three nights and this condo provided everything we needed. We were able to walk to resturants and shops and my kids loved the Crocs pool.The property manager was great as well and very helpful. Only downside was the musty smell that lingered the entire stay. The accommodations of the condo were spacious and the view of the beach from the terrace was spectacular. The condo was located in a very convenient location, very close to the town center with many restaurants and shops. It was also very wonderful to be situated right next to the Crocs resort and my family enjoyed the amenities of the pool and restaurants as well as a matter of connivence, it was perfect. Overall, I would recommend staying at this property as it was perfectly spacious and centralized within the Jaco area. ##### Amy G. This VRBO was exactly what we were looking for! It was the last three days of our trip and we were looking forward to more room and be able to spread out after staying in hotels for the past 6 nights. The beach was wonderful and having the chairs, cooler and boogie boards available made it feel like home! We also enjoyed using Crocs next door and was able to take advantage of the casino one night. This property is just perfect if you're wanting to enjoy some time in Jaco Beach. The balcony is amazing. My first night was a massive thunder and lightning storm and the whole ocean lit up over the balcony. Amazing. The owner is lovely to work with and very responsive. I utilized the pool next door at Crocs Casino and it was a great day. Poolside drinks and food delivered right to my lounge chair. Getting to Jaco town was an easy 2 min cab ride for $2-$3 and the gate guard was always kind enough to call a cab for me. The unit blew wonderfully cool air and the unit was super cozy. The property manager Raquel was so helpful I cannot say enough about her. If there is any excursion you want to do or transportation to and from the airport, she is your person! The beach right outside the condo is beautiful and I went for a long wonderful walk each morning on it. I will never need to stay anywhere else but here when visiting Jaco Beach!! 5 stars all the way. Thank you!! ##### Christian B. The condo was quite spacious and well equipped. The beach view was beautiful and It was walkable to local restaurants and shops. The local property manager Raquel was excellent with travel support, in helping us arrange outings and with their knowledge of things to do in Costa Rica. Access to Crocs Resort next door was nice to have but it was very quiet. Los Suenos Adventure Park nearby was great for outings and surfing off the beach excellent. Shelley the owner and Raquel the local manager were great to work with. Had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed the beach and the town of Jaco. Condo was well equipped and used the grill most nights to cook meals. Saw dolphins and scarlet macaws off the balcony. Great trip, would definitely come back! ##### Steve B. The condo was clean and comfortable with beautiful ocean view and ample security. Location is nice that it’s beachfront, however the sand and riptides in north Jaco beach are not great for swimming or surfing. The sand is full of small rocks that hurt your feet and riptide is so strong that it easily knocks kids over. The condo is located about a mile from the center of town which makes it quieter and feels safer. Taxi rides to town are cheap. Bring plenty of small bills for taxis and tips. Overall, wonderful place to stay!! We loved our time in Jaco!!! ##### Ed H.
