Nice place and price is good.
I was enjoy staying there.price was good close to the beach. Stuff was good.
I had a terrible experience getting there, the road leading to the hotel was blocked, shootings because the peeople of jacmel was protesting against not having electricity for about a week, this has been an ongoing problem in jacmel, so i had to go back to a friend and the next day when i called i was able to check in to the hotel and when i arrived there was no power, tv was not working, water was not running , barely 3 staff there. The hotel has potential, but lack services and the proper equipments to make it run smoothly due to the economic condition of the country.
This hotel looks nice in pictures but up close it's terrible in all aspects. It has lights and a/c only a few hours at night and/or whenever they decide to run a generator, which is not often. The bathroom had no door, and during the day there was no light. The majority of the staff is oblivious to complaints, and a manager gave mostly lip service. The room did not get cleaned all the time (I saw cockroaches on 3, 4 occasions). Free breakfast is non existed unless you like leftovers from the previous dinner. I tried a few times but gave up when they had no water and milk for my coffee. On the weekends they run some function with loud music and noise making sleep impossible. Its way overrated, and I would never stay there again.

It's Haiti
There isn't air conditioning all day, it may come on and off as that's the way electric is in Haiti. The bathroom lights and room lights will always work. It's a clean hotel with nice workers. The breakfast we had once and the rest of the time we only had white bread. They said they were out??? Not sure the story on that. We were there to help an Orphanage and so we didn't complain. There is a water machine with the 5 gallon water jug you can get water from. It ran out but not too long it would be refilled again. No other complaints. It had hot water most of the time. Pretty good in my book. I'd stay again. Could of been much worse!
Room was dirty, broken down furnitures and tv has no cable no programs at all. I had to change room 3 times from bad to worst. It took 3 hours just to get a cup of coffee. It was terrible.
Hotel management must not care if they have any guests or not. Hotel was mostly empty, and it is obvious why. Lobby was mostly empty and dark, very little furniture. Pool was dirty and not maintained. There was trash and dead cockroaches along the balcony/walkway to the rooms. We were the only guests that ate there, both in the evening and in the morning. A few other guests arrived in the evening, but probably less than 10% of the rooms were occupied.
