Lots of beach chairs and one wagon available for guest to use. You will need to provide your own beach towels. Ocean views with a short walk to beach; paved the whole way to make wagon pulling a breeze. Walking distance to neighborhood playground, grocery/bait store, restaurant, and much more. NO smoking/vaping. 9:30 a.m. check out time. Fresh Linens/towels are placed in a sanitized plastic storage bin in each room for guests to use. The Barn has a new a/c unit. There is also a free standing unit in the upstairs master bedroom for use in the summer when maintaining temperature is difficult. Thermostats are locked at 72 degrees to prevent overheating/freezing. Dogs: There is a a non-refundable $100 Pet fee (2 dog max). A large crate can be provided if requested at the time of reservation. Overall, the stay was great, the house was great, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Host was also great at communicating and responding, zero issues or complaints there. The owner Michelle was quick to reply to anything asked and/or needed. She was very accommodating with us the entire stay. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk from the house. There are so many good places to eat just a few minutes away. Our host Michelle was friendly, attentive and well-organized. The property was immaculate, well laid out with nice amenities and very comfortable. The wrap around deck and fenced in yard was wonderful for our dog. Everything went very smoothly and we highly recommend the Beach Barn! ##### Brian D. That my wife and I had previously stayed in one of Michelle’s properties before. Both properties were extremely clean, well stocked, a lot of amenities, and items such as beach chairs.
