Condo is located in a dated complex that is in need of exterior repairs but the unit itself was very comfortable and had everything needed for our stay. Pool (not heated) area was nice. If you like to grill, be aware that the charcoal grill was located quite a distance away from most of the complexes units so it was not practical to use.Fernandina Beach had great restaurants and a wonderful beach to relax and ride bikes on.Highly recommend the area! ##### Mary K. Great place to walk amongst the shaded trees, which give a reprieve from the hot sun. The beach really is a block away and an easy entrance to the beach is at the end of your road. it appears on the main road there is no parking. However the public beaches there are parking lots and is about 5 minute (or less) car ride. If you have a 4 wheel vehicle you can drive right ONTO the beach and tailgate. The decor was gorgeous and you definitely felt you were at the beach. It was perfect. Just enough space for this family to have PLENTY of room! We rented this unit for six of our adult kids & significant others/friends. The decorations was very beachy, had all of the sheets, towels, and kitchen items that visitors would need. It was exactly as the listing said. Very clean. Nice pool. People in the complex were friendly. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool. The parking was great , we had a designated space and there were plenty of visitor spots. An easy block and a half walk to the beach.
