Inside, the home is beautifully appointed with furnishings and thoughtful touches, providing a welcoming space for relaxation. The main living area is equipped with a sofa, three chairs and a smart TV with online streaming provided through YouTube TV. The open floor plan is great for friends and family to gather! Additional seating is provided in the screen in back patio area. The primary bedroom offers a King bed and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and the third bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds with a TV. The location, on a tree covered quiet street with a pathway to the beach very close by, is wonderful. The accommodations are very spacious (we were happily surprised to find it roomier than we had thought from the pictures!). And we can not say enough positive things about the management company, who made everything smooth and easy for us, and were readily available and quick to answer any questions we had. Fernandina is the BEST beach in FLA.Only concern was the community pool. Given it was June and a beach locale, it gets lots of daily use. Water was usually cloudy and really not circulating much. Needed a good cleaning/brush/vacuum and more attention overall.But overall we enjoyed the stay and the management was very responsiveto communications. ##### K C.
