This adorable Zen Den is the perfect San Marco getaway. Spacious and inviting, it features a kitchen with appliances for cooking great meals and seating in the dining room. Enjoy the backyard with outdoor seating with your family. It is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping centers and Parks. 3 miles from TIAA Bank Field. Available when needed. The lush eponymous plaza, a bustling hub with independent shops and laid-back cafés providing breakfast, pizza, and ice cream, is the focal point of the charming San Marco neighborhood. Surrounding streets are lined with posh bistros and hip bars. Rock bands perform in the cozy Jack Rabbits Live venue, and art-house films and new releases are shown at the art-deco San Marco Theatre. Old riverfront mansions are another feature of the area's reputation. You will have access to the entire unit. Sleeps 7\. Full Kitchen (fridge w/freezer, microwave, dishes, silverware, and coffee maker), towels, sheets, etc. Wifi is included with a flat screen TV. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. ●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure. ●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs. ●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving. ●Windows: Keep windows closed for security. ●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. ●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked. ●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed. ●Furniture: Do not rearrange. ●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. ●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. Upon walking up there were cigarette butts all over the front stoop. It smelled heavily of bleach and smoke upon entering. We contacted the owners before we went to dinner to let them know there was no heat or hot water. We went to dinner and returned to a a very cold apartment and the owners still hadn’t responded. It was time to get a hotel. We left because we can’t stay at a place with no hot water or heat. In addition to the other environmental issues. The house we stayed in was an older house, with all the charm that goes with an older home in the city. We stayed upstairs and there were renters downstairs. Actually, met many neighbors since we were walking the neighborhood to the other houses we rented. There were five adults and a 7 month old in this house. The house was very clean and I appreciated the starter products and the coffees When searching for your check in info, it’s not from Vrbo, it’s from host business account and it came at 8:00 the morning of checkin. Loved the sound of the train. Grateful for the washer, dryer and the laundry pods that were awaiting us, since we were traveling with a 7 mth old. Hope you enjoy your stay. ##### Jennifer B.
