I booked for a week and I only had hot water for 2 days of me staying there and also please don't leave personal items inside your room and leave for hours, it will not be there when you come back. Other then the hot water not working most of my stay, I really liked my room also the view, and great staff and very helpful people, the hot water is the only reason I gave one star. I would stay again and again just not without working hot water..

The rooms are ok for a nights sleep. They are dated and need work. No breakfast options. People live in this hotel so it's always someone hanging and walking around. I saw a few bugs on my last stay and the room wasn't cleaned upon check in. I should have taken pictures but didn't. The bed however is comfortable.

Be bugs, ash in the corners of the room. Carpets were sticky and stains still on my blanket. Elevator takes too long and the water pressure is terrible. Don't stay here unless you like trap house environment. I kept to myself but wouldnt stay here again unless my life depended on it. 2/10 because the staff was nice. There was also 2 days where the keys didnt work for no one so I just left my door open. Nothing was stolen while I was at work for 12 hours but I only had clothes in my suit cases so I dared somebody. Was only worried about the TV and microwave but I relied on their cameras of they even work.

It wasn't the Ritz, but I've stayed in worse places that cost twice as much. It appears to be mostly used for low income housing, but security is good. Room was clean and spacious, with refrigerator and microwave. Liquor store within walking distance. A pleasant stay if you're not afraid of poor people.

The staff were very nice. The room was relatively clean,not perfect but passable. The shower had plenty of beautiful hot water. Got given toiletaries and simple worn towel which was adequete. Cosmetically the place was a bit untidy but if you need a place to sleep it is very adequete. Im Australian and although the area looked a little sketchy I felt very safe. There is a bus stop 1 minutes walk away and supermarket etc very close.

There were cigarettes on the floor of the room and nothing had been swept. Dirt on the ground, and bugs everywhere. I ended up sleeping on top of the bed with all of my clothes on because of the bugs. The hallway my room was in smelled of smoke, the sink was clogged, the bathroom didn’t look clean, and I could hear people out and about all night since there was no carpet to dampen sound and a gap in the door to allow sound in. Check in felt casual and checkout felt unprofessional as I just handed my key to someone who was working with someone else and just asked what room I was in. I had no way of knowing they for sure checked me out. Signage wasn’t up to date or professional with one sign by the elevator promising to “86” anyone who defaced the elevator. There were many people just lingering about the premise and I didn’t know if they were staying there or not. Ultimately, it was a bed and that’s what I needed and for paying only $35 that’s exactly what I got, but I felt uncomfortable for most of the entire experience. I felt as if the pictures online were misleading but maybe I didn’t look closely enough. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone I know.

The room was quiet and cheap. The property itself was in need of drastic repair. The first floor and lobby area was a mess, it smelled "bad". There was no WiFi, no breakfast, no coffee, no working elevator. If I hadn't prepaid thru Expedia, I would have left the hotel upon check in.
