Jul 18, 2025 Liked: Communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy Overcharged for a outdated and in bad need of updating three bedroom three bath unit, your company did not let us check in one hour early which I thought was bizarre considering the amount of money we paid, Upon arriving the Internet did not work, they finally brought out a temporary Verizon hub I ended up figuring the Internet out myself, now onto the property, had to lean over in the master shower because it’s a weird set up lots of mold & bad caulking, I own several Vacation Rentals here in Florida and I would be appalled if someone did not like anything in my properties from beginning to end, please update the property immediately, oh, and the outdoor barbecue was disgusting and started a fire almost because it had not been cleaned and who knows how long, and watch out for the creepy neighbor, I had two young ladies with me that were freaked out by him.
