It was a wonderful stay. It exceeded my expectation. We rent in this Little subdivision every year for our annual family reunion. This is the nicest property we have stayed at. Kid friendly except the air conditioner was making the whole house super cold for the kids. It was like the thermostat had a mind of its own and would kick on even after it was programed to higher temperatures at night for the kids. The beds are worn-out and uncomfortable and this unit has some major electrical issues. Fans don't work or squeak, fan remotes are missing batteries. The Master bathroom outlets don't work unless you turn on the shower light. The outdoor furniture is worn and the upstairs bedrooms are "lived-in" hard. Don't cook anything on the stove or you'll set off the smoke detectors and the fan in the kitchen didn't work. The ice maker wasn't consistently making ice either. We've stayed at several other homes in the area, the area is great, but this home needs to be refreshed and the deferred maintenance addressed. ##### Kami C.
