The room was spotless with the exception of a very big hair in the toilet. The staff was very nice. The bagels at the breakfast were all very stale. The rooms need some Internet, plug connections.

Staff is always great... room was clean & had everything I needed. Only issue... when booking through Expedia, you have no option to upgrade once you arrive at the hotel (even if you offer to pay) They can only offer upgrades if you booked direct or through Choice Hotels :(
