"The resort itself is beautiful — clean, well-maintained, and designed with relaxation in mind. My room was spacious, modern, and had an incredible view. Housekeeping kept everything spotless without ever being intrusive. The food was a major highlight. There were so many options between the buffets, restaurants, and bars, and every meal was fresh and full of flavor. I loved being able to try a little bit of everything — from authentic local dishes to international favorites. Plus, having unlimited drinks by the pool made it even better."

"It was our 3rd stay sat the hotel over the course of 4 years., and we will certainly return again. We love all: the beach, the waterpark, the food, the room and some drinks (slushed drinks serve at the pools are too sweet and lack flavor in our opinion) The major cons for is it's that the hotel is the far from all visits and the farest away on Costa Mujeres that means a earlier pick up and later drop off laking long day on the road."
