We hosted the bachelorette party and a post-wedding brunch at the villa, and both were absolutely over the top—in the best way possible.The rooms had magnifying lighted make-up mirrors and hair dryers. One less thing to pack!!! If I had to do it all over again, the only thing I would change is having the actual wedding ceremony and reception at the villa itself instead of a nearby venue. One additional note: rather than booking through VRBO, I would absolutely recommend working directly with the owner, Angel. Communication was seamless and personal. Daily housekeeping is a plus, most VRBO's don't have this. We appreciated being on the south end of the island where it is quieter. It is an easy walk to Punta Sur. The music from the joint was okay and they stopped no later than 9pm. Sometimes there was competing music from boats which was slightly annoying but comes with the location close to the water. Stacy the local contact was very responsive to any requests.
