"Friendly staff and amazing food"

"Everything was great until the last day. We spilled some coffee in the room onto the wood cabinet. We cleaned it up with the handtowel. They charged us for "additional cleaning" for the towel. What were we supposed to do? Leave it and damage the cabinet? Use the toilet paper - have you used the toilet paper there?? "

"This place is perfect and pristine and the food is incredible! Our experience was made even more wonderful due to the amazing friendliness and kindness of the staff. They all truly seem happy to work there! It’s only about 35-40mins from the airport so finding cheap transportation is easy! There’s always something to do and we loved that it is 24/7 food and drinks. This place truly was perfect. And I’ve stayed at multiple all-inclusives. This was my fave. No complaints. I also loved the layout of the resort. Perfect for a relaxing and FUN combo."

"From check-in to check-out the entire experience with this hotel was excellent. We traveled with our kids so we had 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms were upgraded to suites free of charge and they made a point to put all of us on the same floor close to each other without us even asking. The food was delicious with multiple dining options. The only complaint we have is that the dinner buffet was closed 3 nights in a row but we were able to get into the other restaurants without any problems. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff very friendly."
