Pensionärs-hotell

Hotellets läge är väldigt bra, nära vattnet och bara en kort promenad från gå-gatan. Men där slutar det som är bra. Hotellets personal pratar väldigt dålig engelska, de skulle hjälpa oss beställa taxi och vi hamnade fel då de fått fel instruktioner från hotellet och vid flera tillfällen försökte vi be om tips /hjälp men det var otroligt svårt att kommunicera. Hotellet har en regel om att man måste ha på sig mössa i poolen när man badar, vilket det inte står något om när man bokar. Hotellet är ett pensionärs-hotell, med gäster som är en bra bit över 80. Inget fel med det, men det sätter en viss stämning på hotellet. Frukosten var ingen höjdare, bara sötsaker och inte en enda grönsak fanns att tillgå. Rummen städades varje dag men inte ordentligt, det låg till slut stora dammråttor i hörnen i badrummet och bakom dörrarna. Vi är inte jätteimponerad av det här hotellet, för den standarden är priset alldeles för högt. Plus att de borde informera innan om möss-kravet och att det anordnas bingo-kvällar för pensionärer på hotellet.

Hieno siisti hotelli lähellä rantaa sekä kävelykatua. Plussana mineraalivesialtaat. Aamupalalla runsas tarjonta makeita leivonnaisia, myös jonkin verran leikkeleitä. Olisimme kaivanneet myös vihanneksia. Voisimme hotellissa yöpyä jatkossakin.

Fantastiskt hotell

Jag tyckte att hotellet var fantastiskt! Hotellet ligger nära till en gågata med massa restauranger samt strand. Poolområdet var bra och frukosten lika så. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Jag är nöjd!

Sentralt beliggende hotell like ved sjøen

Supert hotell på Ischia, rett i ved sjøen med flott bassengområde. Vi hadde rom med terrasse og sjøutsikt, kan anbefales. Frokost helt OK. SPA avdeling var et pluss. Super service på hotellet. Ingenting å klage på.
