The owner was very nice and help accommodate all of our needs, he actually upgraded us there which was a plus. It was beautiful set up and so close to your private little beach and all the kiosk right in front of the beach I’ve already recommended to all my family and friends and I’m definitely going back. Thank you

The rooms are cozy, clean, and a block from the beach. The staff is very helpful if you are looking for activities or island tours on the island. We will be going back, and when we do, we will stay at the Perch.

Great location for beach access; near bike/walking trail to access quirterremote beach; nice local eateries and drinking opportunities across the road. Isabela town center is clean & authentic (but up a steep hill from volle jammed at times). We lucked out discovering a Saturday night concert in the central square, filled with locals enjoying traditional music s

Very clean, helpful staff, working mini fridge and microwave. easily and quick access to the sea. The mattress topper was uncomfortable. Limited hot water in the shower, but manageable. Thin walls. I really appreciated the terrace lounge chairs. Food and bars in walking distance.

Location was great but they need to buy a new set of mattress. Once you’re back from enjoying your day, you want to recharge batteries and the bed makes you feel like a hotdog in a bun. Literally swallows you. Next day you wake up hunched over.
