Staff refused to deal with screaming kids and loud music in room next to us. Said they would send security to speak with them, but nothing changed. Finally quieted down at 4am. No hot tub, no pool. Room was clean. No utensils, dish soap, body wash, paper towels or toilet paper as stated. Charged 10 per day for each car. Only 1 spot available insight and other spots were 10 blocks away! Staff was rude and not accommodating at check in.
