Loved staying in such a beautiful historical building. Very nice and quiet. We had breakfast included. The food was great with healthy options and plenty of coffee choices. We also enjoyed the dinners in the restaurant…which was nice after a day of sight seeing. Staff were so pleasant and helpful and went out of their way to answer questions and make sure we were comfortable. We were in Scotland for 10 days and stayed at two other hotels. This was our favorite!
Really cozy and comfortable hotel. It’s got what you need for a comfortable stay and while not in the middle of everything it’s an easy walk to everything. We loved the staff and the overall vibe of this hotel. We would recommend to friends.
Lovely property in Inverness. Staff really friendly. Nice pool & sauna

Stayed for one night. Extremely helpful and sweet staff. My husband had to work next day so they offered a lounge space post check out where he could sit and work until 5pm, which was very sweet of them,
Although the rooms were not well maintained there were cobwebs in the corners and behind the radiator some food trash was lying.
Welcoming and helpful staff, good menu choice in the bar and restaurant. Breakfast buffet choice was good.
Stayed in a double room, the room was a good size for one business traveller, the room has a ironing board and work desk which works well.
27 degrees at check in. Room stifling, no air conditioning, No refrigerator, no telephone to contact reception, room was in annexe so had to go downstairs and through carpark to reception to complain, told that swimming pool unavailable due to kids swimming lessons, tv didnt work for 2 days of stay due to pixelation , extract fan in bathroom didn’t work, mirror light above mirror in bathroom didn’t work. Food was good. £439 for two nights way overpriced for quality of the hotel.
Room was good.friendly staff and helpful.good location.bar and restaurant closed at the weekend but we were informed prior.price was excellent.

Kirstie is amazing, she made us feel very at home. She really looked after our son, who has special needs, so we didn’t feel under pressure in the restaurant at meal times.
The refurbished parts of the hotel are excellent, and the pool is lovely.
Room was huge and clean, pool was lovely and warm and the staff were fantastic! Some renovation work is going on, but the works seemed to keep respectful hours and weren't noisy.
Clean room. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Even had a pool with hours that still let you explore and come back to enjoy! Great parking included. Easy access to area. Would stay here again.
Comfy bed, and overall great stay, staff are so friendly and helpful , some areas of the hotel do need updated however it looks like that is happening and the breakfast was great too
lovely hotel to stay in with a dog. Although dogs not alliwed in dining room the staff set up a special window table for us in an adjacent room. also an enclosed field for safe off-lead dog walks very close by.

Room was clean, spacious and warm, beds were extremely comfortable and duvet was warm. Lovely welcome when we arrived and everything we needed to know was explained to us.
Great hotel to stay at if your visiting Inverness.
Staff are very welcoming and helpful during your stay. The night manager shared lots of historical stories which was very interesting.
We will definitely be back for another visit...

Pros -Great free room upgrade, friendly staff (very helpful and approachable) and food was good, great tea tray.
Cons - having to pay to park to stay at the hotel and pay the same rate as someone who wasnt, food menu limited range, room a little dated and some small decorative touches needed.
