The home features a relaxed coastal style and a seamless indoor/outdoor flow from the undercover entertaining area to the open-plan living, dining, and well-equipped kitchen. The property includes two spacious bedrooms, serviced by a practical bathroom/laundry and a separate toilet off the second bedroom. Polished floorboards in the main areas, soft carpet in the bedrooms, and tiled wet areas make for easy living. Entry is via a discreet long driveway with excellent off-street parking in the carport. Perfect for your next holiday, this home is also pet-friendly (outside only). Well equipped kitchen. Two adult bikes provided. Second bedroom not private as you have to go through it to access toilet, bathroom and laundry. Only a couple of windows have flyscreens which is a shame as the sea breeze is lovely. There seems to be a damp problem causing a musty odour when the house has been shut.
