Situated at the front of the home is a relaxed and well-appointed lounge area, with beautiful modern furniture and is adjacent to both the Queen & King bedrooms. Both rooms are beautifully decorated and the King bedroom offers a large walk in robe and ensuite, with a shower & toilet. The kitchen with its large 900mm oven and gas cooktop, will entice even the amateur chef to cook up a feast to be enjoyed by all, around the large tastefully restored dining table. There are 2 additional lounge areas, one with a large modular couch and big screen TV, the other more suited to a quiet reading area or kid's playroom. for your comfort the property has central heating and evaporative cooling. The remaining two bedrooms have 2 sets of single bunks sleeping 4 in each room, they are bright, funky and serviced by the main bathroom which includes a spa bath, shower and separate toilet. The laundry is fully functional with a washing machine and dryer. The private fully fenced yard with BBQ can be enjoyed with ball games, sunbathing or sitting under the shade sail. At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time.
