Plenty of room for 8 and also pet friendly and secure for pets. The surf beach is 500m from the house, only a 5 minute walk or take the push bikes and you will be there in only 3 minutes! Plus there is a great playground for the kids, located at the end of the street. For those who want to go fishing, the inlet is superb. The house has a games room with a table tennis table and a full size snooker/pool table. There is a wonderful sun-room for those who wish to relax and enjoy a good book. The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area is huge. There are 4 bedrooms, three with king/queen size beds and the fourth with two single beds. The main bedroom is en-suite, and there is a second bathroom with shower and bath. Plus a separate laundry room including washing machine. The yard has space for the kids and the dogs too. Big house and very clean. Safe yard for the dog. Table tennis and pool table a big bonus. Enjoyed the remote garage for the rainy days we were there. Comfy beds. Easy walk to the beach (about 800m).
