This is a very nice hotel, with a great staff a nice gym, excellent swimming pool, and good restaurant. The beds are comfortable. The concierge in front desk are excellent probably one of the best places in Davao city.

The unit is not clean, toilet and sinks are dirty, with 5 empty shampoo/ cond containers and empty shampoo sachets wverywhere. Dirty microwave.
