Entrance is through a service hall. No human interaction. Not friendly to folks with even minor disabilities. Parking is assigned and was down stairs - when I called and asked for other parking they said no. When I called again after trying to make due with the location of the unit and the parking and requested an early check out they said they would call me back but never did. I spent more than 2 hours arguing with them that my daughter was going to be there first and that is why I put her name down first. I wouldn't spend that kind of money for her to party. They descriminate against young people!!!! This was the worst experience possible with a airbb, it took 3 different ways to get in the place, and it only had 1 key, 1 parking space, and it was underground and only one way in with the same key. Area was not close to any good restaurants, mostly college kids. I will never never ever stay with them again. However, the check-in process was difficult because one step in the instructions was confusing and the lock box for the key fob was broken. I reached out to customer service the day before check-in and did not receive a response. When I arrived at the property I was told that the lock box was offline and it took almost an hour to identify the key for the unit. Apparently they asked the cleaning service to remove all the keys from the lock box and set them on top. It was difficult to identify the room key because they were not labeled.
