We offer a beautiful brick ranch home with Pool, fenced yard, and entertaining space! Close to everything but quiet and private! Packed with amenities to make your stay more comfortable!

Perfect location and size for our family Christmas. Owner even had a tree up which was a nice surprise! Overall comfy place with comfy beds. Kitchen could be better appointed and place could use a deep cleaning. Overall would stay again.

Great comfy stay, close to ARK

This home was just like pictures, if not more! Our host was very helpful. We chose this home for the closeness of the ark and a youth conference we attended. We also took a trip to Cincinnati, which was amazing! I wouldn't change anything about this home because it was very clean, comfy, loved how "at home" it made us feel! If ever in this area again will definitely stay again! Neighborhood was also nice, beds slept amazingly!!!

Excellent experience

This was my first time using Vrbo and the experience was fantastic. The house was beautiful, clean, and incredibly accomodating. I have a 2 year old and was nervous to be away from home for several days without toys and things but her had a blast with the toys provided in the game room. The kitchen had everything we needed to have enjoyable family dinners together. Thank you for helpong to make this an unforgettable vacation.

AMAZING!

It was an amazing stay! Very roomy and the pictures do not do this place justice! I loved the everything about this house. They also had some things we forgot about even packing like a on chair highchair and they even had a potty chair for my 2 year old. Truly 10 out of 10 stay. We are actually hoping to make this a yearly vacation for my family!

Family memories

Not perfect… But, Tyler went out of her way to make it perfect! We had understood there was a futon for sleeping, but after realizing we didn’t have enough beds, Tyler came at 9:30 at night to bring a bed to make sure we were comfortable. The house has a lot of room and the toy room is amazing for kids. Bedrooms are roomy and have very comfortable mattresses. The pool was sparkling clean and provided us a great way to cool off and relax. The deck area is large and has a brand new grill. This home allowed us to visit The Ark and Cincinnati zoo with ease. A huge thank you to Tyler and her husband who went out of their way on a holiday weekend to make sure we had everything we needed. Our family of 4 generations would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Pool house in Independence, KY

This property was great to stay at when we visited Independence! The house was centrally located to all attractions we visited. 36 minutes from the Ark Encounter, 42 minutes from the Creation Museum, and 39 minutes from the Cincinnati Zoo. We spent one entire day at the house and the kids played in the pool the whole day! The grocery store was 5 minutes down the road, along with restaurants. There were plenty of towels and bedding provided. The dishwasher was the only thing that was broken. We should have got paper plates and bowls at the store, but just never did. Hopefully they get that fixed or a new one soon. Wonderful vacation at this pool house!!

Amazing house and owner!

We are a family of 7. 6 humans and one dog. 😊 This house was perfect for us! It was so nice and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was great and had friendly people all around. Very easy location to get to and find and very close to food places as well as the Kroger supercenter. Due to weather we didn't get to enjoy the pool as often as we wanted but when we did it was a lot of fun. Owner was great at communicating and kept everything in the home well stocked and when we did run out of something she had it at the doorstep within hours. We loved being so close to the Ark encounter and Creation museum (30-40 minutes) as well as Cincinnati. The bedrooms are close together and had plenty of room for us all to sleep comfortably. The beds were super comfy! We all slept great! It really is a great home for a family to rent to vacation. Thanks for everything! We will have great memories from this vacation!
