Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Kiosk does not work, there was almost never anyone at the front desk. Condition i. My room was terrible, air conditioning did not work, floor was uneven, bathroom had constant wet spots from a leak coming out of the wall, sink was wobbly. Mold in multiple locations. Smell horrible here too. This place needs a complete remodeling job done before accepting anymore guests. The reason its non-refundable is because you will not want to stay your entire stay and you will try to leave early. I was supposed to stay a week but left the next morning. I messaged my complaint and asked for a refund since conditions are absolutely unacceptable. I have not gotten a response. Do not waste your money here, this place needs to be shut down.
