Etablissement avec une belle piscine propre et aménagée de chaises longues. Literie peut-être à revoir. Appartement équipé du minimum vital. Bien pour quelques jours mais peut-être insuffisant pour un long séjour. Super accueil par la réceptionniste qui parle impeccablement le français.

il villaggio e' raggiungibile da una stradina stretta ripida e pericolosa a doppio senso che se si incrocia un altro mezzo in direzione opposta si rischia l'incidente,il servizio e' scadente,l'appartamento e' vecchio e senza aria condizionata,il bagno e' vecchio con lavasca da bagno ruggine il bollitore dell'acqua non scalda a sufficenza ,il frigorifero e' piccolo per una famiglia,le stoviglie da cucina sono vecchi e rotti,si evidenzia una scarsa manutenzione generale ,il prezzo e' eccessivo a confronto del servizio reso, nel villaggio si sente una forte puzza di fogna.una vacanza rovinata dalla falsa publicita' del posto.

ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in un appartamento del villaggio. La dotazione dell'appartamento pur essendo molto limitata è sufficiente. Almeno dal mio punto di vista il fatto di dover pagare un extra per lenzuola ed asciugamani (tra l'altro di bassa qualità) l'ho trovato una nota stonata. Tutto sommato la posizione, la tranquillità ed il costo contenuto ripagano tutto il resto.

Per nostra fortuna rientravamo solo x dormire...arredamento meno di minimale e anni 80...fornello usato x fare 1 caffè 20 minuti x accenderlo...non riusciti a fare neanche 1 doccia pressione acqua insufficiente...acqua lavandino faticava a scendere...boiler si vedeva cambiato da poco calcinacci nella vasca...acqua calda in cucina assente...quello che ci ha dato più fastidio è stata la preautorizzazione di metà dell' importo su carta di credito che quando abbiamo prenotato non era assolutamente scritto o menzionato anzi c'era scritto che i dati della carta erano obbligatori ma era solo proforma...hotel o quello che dovrebbe essere visto che eravamo alloggiati in una casa a 3 piani anni 60...ci dice che loro fanno sempre così come pagamento x evitare ulteriori fregature di gente che prenota e poi non si presenta...praticamente non era ancora ora del check in mi avevano già tolto metà del costo del soggiorno...secondo noi ci hanno trattato come dei truffatori!!! Potrei aggiungere altro ma mi fermo qui!!!

Esperienza da non ripetere

Siamo stati in questa struttura per quattro giorni con i nostri due figli, l’appartamento che ci hanno riservato era in pessime condizioni generali: lampadine fulminate in camera da letto, ingresso e cucina, tapparelle rotte in soggiorno e in cucina, divani letto e letto matrimoniale come amache, vecchi e impolverati, tre cuscini per quattro, polvere dappertutto, mobili vecchi, formiche in bagno e ruggine nella vasca; quando si apriva l’acqua calda usciva acqua arrugginita dovuta allo scaldabagno arrugginito; perdita di gas dalla cucina…Dopo il primo giorno, a seguito delle nostre lamentele e solo per la perdita di gas ci hanno dato l’appartamento di fianco, senza preoccuparsi e scusarsi del disagio arrecato. Esperienza pessima.

Appartamento spartano e veramente sporco

Il villaggio Borgoverde è un villaggio tranquillo, c'è la parte nuova con gli appartamenti nuovi molto carini ma la parte vecchia (che ci è capitata) è veramente lasciata un po' a se stessa, appartamenti non curati e sporchi. Nel nostro appartamento la TV non era funzionante e dopo vari solleciti al personale nessuno è venuto a sostituirla o a vedere quale fosse il problema però intanto noi abbiamo pagato per questo servizio. Il Wifi funzionante solo in area comune e mooooolto lento. Tutto sommato in venti minuti buoni a piedi su e giù per delle salite e discese ripide si arriva al porto, in spiaggia ed in centro per mangiare qualcosa, fare la spesa etc. Due punti forti sono la piscina a disposizione veramente comoda se non si aveva voglia di camminare e pulita e il bar che offre buon cibo, possibilità di prenotazione (pane, croissant etc) e personale veramente gentile. Tutto sommato lo consiglio se si vuole un po' di relax "fuori dal mondo" perchè il paesaggio merita davvero MA meglio alloggiare negli appartamenti nuovi ;) Parcheggio a disposizione senza costi aggiuntivi ed animali ben accetti! PS: Consigliatissimo l'escursione all'isola Gallinara con la "Dea Diana"!!

Hotellet ligger i rolige omgivelser mod olivenlund med geder - rigtig hyggeligt. Da det kan være svært at komme op til hotellet, er det vigtigt at have bil. Vores lejligheder var store og rummelige. Sengene var dårlige, og ligeledes var møbelerne gamle og slidte. Trænger generelt til en renovering.

"La mia valutazione è più che negativa. 1. Al nostro arrivo siamo stato accolti in una camera a dir poco fatiscente, composta da qualche mobile raccolto in discarica, le zanzare ed una nuvola di altri insetti regnano indisturbati, niente biancheria. 2. Il personale del bar della piscina maleducato e irrispettoso con i clienti, apostrofandoli e aggredendoli con piglio da bulletti di strada (nonostante l'età avanzata non hanno idea di come si trattino gli ospiti). 3. Al momento di saldare i conti ci siamo visti aggiungere il pagamento della biancheria non fornita e della piscina che sarebbe dovuta essere compresa. Questa è in parte il sunto del nostro soggiorno. Esperienza che sconsiglio vivamente e che di certo non si ripeterà. Consiglio a tutto lo staff di conseguire un corso per principianti dell'accoglienza degli ospiti.

В отеле замечательно, удобные и чистые квартиры, дружелюбный персонал, прекрасный бассейн, красивое расположение в горах, но очень неудобная парковка и заезд к отелю по серпантину. На море пешком добраться невозможно, только на автомобиле. Но все-равно я бы рекомендовала этот отель моим друзьям.

Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Auch unser Hund war willkommen (ohne Aufpreis), netter Service. Wir hatten das Glück, dass unser Zimmer neben der WLAN-Station war, andere mussten zum Empfang ihre Zimmer verlassen. Die Auffahrt zum Parkplatz ist mit einem größeren Auto sicher eine Herausforderung, das hängt aber vom Können des Fahrers ab...
