The house is positioned 1 km far away from the hastiness of the city and still close enough to all necessary facilities. It offers unforgettable panoramic view on the northern part of the Biokovo mountain nature park.The tunnel Saint Ilija through the heart of the mountain Biokovo takes you straight to the beach. The house is situated 22 km from the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic Coast and 30 km from the city of Makarska. Makarska is one of the most famous tourist destinations on the Croatian coast, attractive for its nature and good climate, rich in tourist attractions. There is a ferry line which runs a few times a day from Makarska to Sumartin on the island Brač. The famous Punta Rata beach (blue flag) is situated in Brela and was selected among the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world. The beach is pebbly while the sea entrance is sandy. All the beaches of Makarska rivijera are surrounded by beautiful pine forests and crystal clear water. From the house by car you arrive to Split for an hour, Dubrovnik 2 hours and Trogir 1 hour 15 minutes. Split is very popular destination becuase of its numerous historical sights and attractions. The old part of the city Split is a palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian and is a zero-category monument protected by UNESCO. Few kilometers further is historical city of Trogir and an airport. Those looking for a more active holiday will not have to look far from Imotski – in the area of just a few kilometers you will find: climbing, bicycling, kayaking, paintball, buggy riding, horse riding, tennis, lake swimming... Minimum stay is one week (7 days). Departure is till 10 am and arrival from 4 pm. We take into consideration only families with children, couples or groups of grown ups. This is a quiet location for a vacation so we cannot accept reservations from groups of very young people who expect loud parties at night. Villa is surrounded by a high fence for total privacy and is decorated /equipped in good quality for pleasant and stress-free holiday. Nicely arranged courtyard is perfect for relaxation. Secluded heated pool with lights is lined with quality ceramic mosaic tiles. The pool is 32 m2 large and 1,5 m deep . Next to the swimming pool there is a terrace with a BBQ /grill where you can exercise your culinary skills. For the youngest ones there is a playground with swing, sandpit , playhouse and for the fans of active holidays table tennis. Villa provides all the necessary comfort for 12+2\. Stone and wood dominate in the interior of the house which gives a special homely atmosphere. It has 6 bedrooms ( in each bedroom air conditioner), 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms – 2 terraces, BBQ and a large fenced garden. Internet is free wi-fi unlimited usage and there is a satellite TV program. There are also 2 washing machines, dishwashers, fridges, deep freezers 50 L, iron, iron board, hair dryer, microwave, blender, mixer, coffee machine, baby seat and baby bed. The price includes final cleaning, towels, sheets , electricity, water and tourist tax so there is no extra hiden costs. The house is insulated and in the summer it reaches a comfortable temperatures and there is also one air conditioner on each floor which cools kitchen, living room ,dining room and also air con is in each bedroom. The nearest mini-market is in the distance of 300 m, restaurant 200 m and the super-market 500 m. It was a little warmer than we were expecting to say the least so the air conditioning throughout was heaven sent. The pool was perfect - for the children and the adults. The ‘shelf’ in the pool ensures the younger children can still enjoy the pool without worrying about the depth. The pictures and the description of the villa are all completely accurate. And finally - the hosts. Wow. You simply could not expect or ask for more. Denis, Petra and Bozenka were so responsive but kept their distance. The peka they prepared for us was incredible and the restaurant they booked for us one night (Konoba Pendo - within walking distance) was so good we went back on our last night. Standen auch während des Urlaubes für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Das Haus besteht aus 2 Wohneinheiten mit jeweils 6 Schlafzimmern mit jeweils 2 Schlafmöglichkeiten (die angegebenen „2“ sind Zustellbetten. Ein Schlafzimmer hatte nur ein Doppelstockbett, was leider so nicht aus der Beschreibung hervorgeht und die Aufteilung bei unserer Gruppe etwas schwierig machte. Gekocht haben wir nur im Poolhaus. Hier könnte etwas mehr Arbeitsfläche sein. Auch der Hof/Garten ist mit 12 Personen mehr als ausgelastet. Die Seen sind auch etwas weiter entfernt, als es die Beschreibung erahnen läßt. Auf dem kurzen Weg da hin sind gut 150 Höhenmeter zu überwinden. Und dann sieht man die Seen nur. An den roten kommt man gar nicht, zum blauen See runter sind es noch gute 25min. Kosten 5 pro Erwachsenen. In Summe aber ein sehr entspannter und zufriedenstellender Urlaub, abgerundet durch Käse-Schinkenplatte mit Brot, Wein und Bier zur Ankunft und dem typisch kroatischen Abendessen zum Abschied. Als Minuspunkt bleibt die Größe von den Gebäuden und Grundstück. Für 7 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern von 15-20 Jahren ist zu wenig Platz.Gesamturteil 4,5 von Sterne! ##### Silvio I. Das Poolhaus ist sehr gemütlich und hat Platz fürs gemeinsame Essen.Zusätzlich zu den Räumen gibt es einen Raum mit einem Dartautomaten, Billardtich und Fitnessbereich.Super nette Vermieter mit schneller Reaktionszeit. Sie haben uns für einen Abend ein sehr leckeres kroatisches Abendessen bereitet.Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und nicht weit weg von einem Supermarkt (200m) entfernt. Schöne Aussicht vom Haus aus. Man kann auch gut wandern gehen in der Umgebung, es gibt einen Stadtkern, den roten und blauen See und eine Festung. Von Imotski kommt man gut nach Split, Omiŝ (Sandstrand) und Makarska fahren. Da zwei Lebensmittelmärkte in der Nähe sind. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, sie haben sogar einen Tag für uns gekocht, was sehr lecker war. Ansonsten war wirklich alles sehr schön. Die Vermieter haben unsere Fragen im Vorfeld und auch beim einchecken sehr nett beantwortet und haben uns ein paar Stellen genannt wo wir etwas unternehmen können. Stellplatz für unsere 3 Autos war auch vorhanden,sowie alles was man benötigt zB genügend Handtücher, Waschmaschinen....Der Pool war beheizt und wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Der Check In lief problemlos ab und war sehr herzlich, trotz der späten Anreise um ca 1.00 Uhr Nachts. Die Villa hat für jeden was zwischen jung und alt und man kann sich mehr wie prächtig erholen. Besonderes Highlight war das von Denis Frau zubereitete Kroatische Festmahl, welches uns serviert wurde. Meine Freundin die Vegetarierin ist wurde auch nicht vergessen und hat eine Pizza bekommen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder Denis besuchen . Krönender Abschluss ist das Trikot von Ante Rebic Nationalspieler der aus der Gegend kommt und mit Denis befreundet ist. ##### Wladimir M. Und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Auch der Sport/Spiel-Raum im Untergeschoß kam bei den Kids super an! Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt und geräumig und enthält alles, was man benötigt! Die Vermieter sind jederzeit ansprechbar, sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Der Weg zum Strand beträgt mit dem Auto gut 30 Minuten (Makarska) und zum schönen, flachen Sandstrand in Omis knapp 1 Stunde. Die Landschaft in der Nähe ist sehr schön und man hat genügend Ausflugsziele. Die Nähe zur bosnischen Grenze lädt zum Ausflug nach Mostar ein, lohnt sich. ##### Aisha D. From the beginning until the end we had no complaints or problems. Many rooms in the house were newly renovated (2020), furthermore it was very well-equipped for everything you need for cooking, BBQ as well as solid WiFi and hot water. The pool water and temperature was excellent and the entire backyard with pool house etc. invites to spend whole days there and even hang out there way after dark. There is a Lidl very close to go buy groceries and it’s only a 40 Min drive to the coast. The owners were really friendly and helpful, and even prepared us a typical Croatian dish for our last night. Because of the plenty of rooms and the outside area this house is perfect for big groups or families. Felt very very much at home, the neighbors are also nice. Highly recommend it. ##### Tim K. The owner of the house and the sister in law a very polite and the hospitality is awesome. The whole area was so as expected. Everything is like as in internet described. You have shopping facilities close to the house and the beach is in 40min drive. For us exact what we want. Thank you for all and we are coming back. For a group with 12 or 13 people a great choice.
