BEACH BUM COTTAGES - STEPS FROM BEACH, INGROUND POOL, PERFECT LOCATION
"Bed was OK. Ceiling fan not addressed. Place was clean and Laura was helpful. Dish washer was loud. Ground maintenance around the pool and chairs were old and some broken. Pool was clean but you can tell little effort is being made to maintain the property"

"Could be cleaner. Air vent in main bath with mold and alarming. Drain flys. bunk bed clothes didn’t all seem clean. Only 2 dishwasher pods. Had to go buy toilet paper. Couch dirty. View amazing. Beach access wonderful. Location great."

The unit was dirty, needed repairs/painting, outdated, furniture smelled, popcorn ceilings falling off, bath linens were dingy & needed to be replaced.
