I'm contacting you in order to present you New Aurora Apts Studios. It is a traditional resort with modern services and equipment, a great choice for you, your relatives and friends. It is located on one of the most beautiful islands of Greece, Crete. More specifically, it is situated in the south, southeast Crete, 12 km from the city of Ierapetra, at the foot of Mount Thryptis, in the area of Ferma, Agios Ioannis Ierapetra.  
New Aurora Apts Studios, an elegant Cretan complex, open all year round. It is the ideal place for unique moments of relaxation and rest.  
The main resort  
New Aurora Apts Studios was built in 1992 and was completely renovated in JulyIt is the point where tradition meets modern design/functionality. The lodging is surrounded by gardens with local flowers, herbs, olives and a variety of trees.  
The complex has rest and relaxation spaces under olive trees, barbecue, playground, free Wi-Fi, and also free private parking.  
An additional reason to visit New Aurora Apts Studios is the "breakfast basket", which will give you the opportunity to taste traditional Cretan products, with traditional homemade flavors and recipes that you will enjoy on the terrace, on the balcony or in our garden.  
Therefore, the lodging is a safe oasis of peace and tranquility. It goes without saying that all the required specifications by Greek Legislation, regarding Covid-19, are applied. A luxurious and simple place to stay, supported by our commitment to offer personalized services. Our home is located in the same area in order to provide the best and most direct services to our customers.  
The rooms  
The apartments combine luxurious comfort and amazing view of the South Cretan Sea and the gardens.  
  
Apartments with sea view  
The sea-view apartments, can accommodate up to five people, are located on the first floor, arem2 and offer a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with twin beds, a sofa-bed, a table and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartments are spacious and perfectly suitable for families with children. The living room and bedroom areas are finely decorated. All apartments have a two-door refrigerator, private bathroom, two air conditioners, satellite TV, safety box and hand sanitizer. The apartments have one or more furnished balconies with child safe balcony railings, shaded by a traditional pergola with excellent view of the gardens and the endless blue of the South Cretan Sea.  
  
Our beach, "livadi"  
This modern shelter is located about 150 meters away from the unique and wonderful beach of Livadi, a beach with few visitors, fine sand, windless and sunny, ideal for swimming and exploration, 230 meters long and 8-15 meters wide.  
In a close distance you will find  
New Aurora Apts Studios is ideal for couples, families, and nature lovers, who want to experience the daily life of the Cretans.  
Within walking distance guests will find traditional taverns. The tavern "katerina", two hundred and fifty meters away, the tavern "dionysos", seven hundred and fifty meters away and the tavern - pizzeria "steki", eight hundred meters away. Also, for take away you will find the cafe "Route 76" at eighty meters away, the bakery across the parking lot, the butcher shop one hundred meters away and the supermarket five hundred meters away. Two hundred and fifty meters away from the New Aurora Apts Studios is located a hair salon and a gift shop. In a distance of 2.7 km you will find a private practice and in 3.2 km you will find a pharmacy. Also, in eight hundred meters you can rent a car or motorcycle for your daily getaways, from our external partner.  
If you want to try hiking, climbing, horseback riding, diving or water sports, massage we can help you make your wish come true, in cooperation with our external partners.  
The cities of Ierapetra, Agios Nikolaos and Sitia are located in a distance of 12.3 km, 45.8 km and 46.7 km respectively.  
Two hundred and thirty meters away from our complex, you will find the bus stop of the intercity bus with regular itineraries (there is an itinerary available at the reception).  
Nearby New Aurora Apts Studios are the beaches of Agia Fotia (3,0 km), Galini (3,5 km), Achlia (4,5 km), the large beach at Koutsounari (3,9 km) and the gorge with the waterfall "of Mylonas" (3,4 km).  
You can visit: the Archaeological Museum of Ierapetra (12,7 km), the Venetian Fortress of Ierapetra (13,2 km), the Ottoman Fountain and Mosque (13,7 km), the artificial lake of Bramiana (18,4 km) and the beach of Myrtos (27,7 km) located west, towards Ierapetra. Respectively, at the east you will find, the gorge of Achlia (5,0 km), the gorge of Orino (9,8 km), the beach of Makry Gialos (14,3 km), the beach of Lagoufa (16,1 km), the beach of Diaskari (16,1 km), the beach Spilia tou Drakou-Cave of the dragon (19,5 km), the Pefki gorge (20,1 km), the beach Staousa (20,9 km), the Kapsa monastery and the Perivolakia gorge (23,2 km). Finally, you can visit the stone-built, with unique Cretan architecture, villages of Anatoli (29,8 km), Agios Ioannis (19,8 km) and Orino (17,2 km) and enjoy the unique view of the endless blue offered by the South Cretan Sea and the temperate climate offered by mountains of Crete.  
By boat you can make a day cruise, from the port of Ierapetra to Gaidouronisi (Chrysi) and from the port of Makry Gialos to Koufonisi (Lefki). Finally, there is the option to rent a speedboat from our partner for private excursions.  
Nikos Kazantzakis International Airport and Sitia Airport are at a distance of 104,0 km and 52,1 km respectively. In cooperation with an external partner, we can organize your transfer from the airports to New Aurora Apts Studios and vice versa. Finally, in cooperation with our external partner you can plan day trips by car.
