The bungalow park, under Dutch management, is perfect for the whole family. The park has modern apartments for 4-6 people, a comfortable and excellent restaurant, a pizzeria, a mini market, tennis and table tennis (not covered). The park offers guests the large swimming pool (20x10m). From the pool you have a wonderful view over the mountains and the lake. The Idro Lake is very popular primarily by nature lovers: through its crystal clear waters, the dense vegetation, the ancient mountain villages and the beautiful surroundings, which still remains pretty intact. This area is the ideal destination for those who long for peace and also for those who want to visit good and popular tourist areas. From mid-June to mid-September is on the bungalow park a surf school, where surfboards can be rented. A paved beach is on the lake. This holiday home (is a detached house.) Is suitable for 5 to 6 people and is located directly on the water. The house is located on the ground floor and has a beautiful terrace with wonderful views over the mountains and the lake. The area is about 60m². The open kitchen, which adjoins the living room, is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, a coffee machine and a fridge with freezer. The bathroom has a shower. There is a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, living room with single sofa bed. You can use this apartment with its own washing machine. Jun 22, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Traumlage mit privaten Seezugang \- Tolles neu renoviertes Ferienhaus (Nr.: 117) - Sehr Stilvolle Inneneinrichtung - Toller und sauberer See - Wundervolle und ruhige Lage (absolut Privat) - Sehr schöne Terrasse (super zum Frühstücken) - Ausstattung top (einzig , beim Stockbett fehlt bei dem oberen Bett die Absturzsicherung) -Privater Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus ist optimal. Zufahrt ist zwar eng, aber wenn man Autofahren kann, ist es auch kein Problem ( waren mit einem großem Geländewagen vor Ort) Einzig was uns gestört hat, war das mit der Badekappenpflicht im Pool. Sehr Sehr Oldschool! Mundschutz hätte ich eher verstanden :-) Aber es ist nur unsere persönliche Meinung. Sat Anlage war nicht eingestellt (kein Transponder Signal) somit kein Fernsehen. Schwimmschuhe sind zu empfehlen, da der Zugang sehr steinig ist aber ansonsten war es wirklich ein Traumhäuschen. Jul 5, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Perfektes Ferienhaus direkt am Idrosee gelegen mit privatem Zugang zum See Wunderschönes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, welches modern und funktionell eingerichtet wurde und direkt am Idrosee gelegen ist. Die Aussicht auf den See und auf die angrenzenden Berge ist phänomenal. Die Bilder der Anzeige untertreiben sogar! Wir haben die Privatsphäre und den direkten, privaten Zugang zum See sehr genossen (beim nächsten Mal würden wir Wasserschuhe einpacken, es hat aber auch ohne problemlos funktioniert). Das Objekt eignet sich perfekten zur Erholung, jedoch sind auch diverse Aktivitäten in der Umgebung möglich. Das Haus ist sogar mit einem tiefen Sportwagen erreichbar, auch wenn die Zugangsstraße auf den ersten Blick etwas holprig wirkt. Der Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus ist dazu sehr vorteilhaft. Der Smart-TV könnte für manche nicht so technikaffine Gäste mit italienischen Sprachkenntnissen gewöhnungsbedürftig sein, aber wer schaut schon TV im Urlaub bei dieser tollen Aussicht?! WiFi ist ok und man hat sogar noch am See Empfang. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und es stehen Tennis- und Tischtennismöglichkeiten zur Verfügung (Schläger am besten selber mitbringen). Den Pool haben wir aufgrund des direkten Seezugangs nicht genutzt. Das Restaurant in der Anlage ist ganz ok - mehr leider nicht. Der Mini-Markt hatte während unseres Besuches noch nicht geöffnet, was aber kein Problem war, da ein großer Supermarkt in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar ist. Wenn noch ein Grill zur Verfügung stehen würde und die Außenmöbel noch etwas gemütlicher/ hochwertiger wären (z.B. Lounge-Möbel und/ oder hochwertigere Liegen), dann gäbe es von uns 6 von 5 Sternen. Sep 17, 2018 #### Haus naja..... aber die Lage dafür suuuuper Wir hatten das Ferienhaus Nr. 117, dass zwar auf der Anlage steht aber von Privat vermietet wird. Das Haus hat eine gute Grundrissaufteilung, doch ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Es war auch nicht wirklich sauber und in vielen Ecken fand man Spinnweben. Aber die Lage ist dafür so genial, dass man darüber hinweg sehen kann. Das Haus liegt direkt am See mit eigenem Seezugang. Wir waren Anfang September hier und hatten den See teilweise für uns alleine. Es war herrlich morgens zu sehen wie die Sonne über die Berge steigt und von der Terrasse aus konnte man sehr gut die Wasservögel und sogar die Fische zu beobachten, da das Wasser so schön klar ist. Für Naturliebhaber wirklich toll. Wir hatten unsere beiden Hunde dabei, die sich auf dem komplett eingezäuntem Grundstück auch super wohl gefühlt haben. Fazit: obwohl das Haus nicht so toll ist, macht es die Lage absolut wett und wir würden wieder kommen. Jun 30, 2018 #### schöne Ferienwoche Das Häuschen hat eine ideale Lage mit direktem Seezugang. Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht , sauber, man merkt aber das es schon einige Jahre alt ist. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, und zu dieser Jahreszeit (Anfang-Mitte Juni) noch sehr ruhig. Bei Vollbelegung ist es doch mehr ein Domizil für Familien.WLan gebührenpflichtig (fast 40 € die Woche), das finde ich ein bisschen viel, vorallem weil man auch keinTV im Haus hat.
