Casa Rural Kiko 2 welcomes you in Icod de los Vinos, offering an 80 m² house ideal for up to 4 guests. Enjoy 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom, plus a spacious living room with a sofa bed. The private kitchen is fully equipped and includes both Italian and American coffee makers for your convenience. High-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, private air conditioning and heating in the living room that cools the open space, private TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace are all provided. For families with children, there is a private crib and high chair available. Mountain and Teide views make your stay even more special.  
  
Step out onto the private uncovered terrace at the back of the house, equipped with a private barbecue, outdoor shower, and a small table perfect for breakfast or relaxing moments in nature. On the upper floor, you'll find another small terrace with sun loungers and an umbrella for extra comfort.  
  
Parking is available both on the property (1 private spot) and on the street. Smoking indoors, pets, and events are not allowed. For your safety, a security camera continuously records the outdoor parking area.  
  
Access to the property is via somewhat narrow and steep streets in some sections, adding to the charm of the area and allowing you to enjoy a peaceful and authentic setting.
