Front desk staff were friendly, professional. The hotel was immaculate, room was spacious, comfortable, clean. The restaurants were close and offered many options for breakfast lunch and dinner.The hotel sits at the Harbor edge making it a great location. Parking was safe. Looking forward to a return visit.

Had a 4 o’clock check in for two rooms. Both rooms were not ready until 5. The place looks run down from the outside but the rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was nice and polite. The pool was closed and an eyesore in the middle of the parking lot but you are allowed to use the other properties pool. Location is definitely a 5 as it’s walking distance to ferries, restaurants, and Main Street

Location is great. The pool and amenities are at another location about .2 miles away. The pool area was very nice at the other location and the food at the restaurant attached was good. But this spot is all about the location you stay here if you want to go to Main Street or take the ferry to the island. The rooms were a good size but not very well kept. Just a heads up they will also hit you up for a parking fee on top of the cost of the room as well as a fee to use their amenities that is located down the street.

Room was tucked away in a hidden corner of motel. Housekeeping closet door in hallway was opened with garbage cart in hall. Carpet in hall was disgusting. Outside second floor walkway was peeling plywood which didn’t feel very safe. Surprisingly, interior was satisfactory and bed was comfortable.

We did not end of staying there. We drove past the property, it looked extremely run down, construction crew on sight, blue tarps, fencing, etc. The photos online did not look accurate. I immediately went to the Hyannis Harbor Hotel (sister property) to inquire on an upgrade. The front desk staff gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room at the Hyannis Harbor Hotel and were extremely friendly, gracious and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay at the Hyannis Harbor Hotel and will continue to stay at that property. Hopefully the Ocean St. property is in the beginning phases of becoming a beautiful property that we can visit in the future.

Loved the view from our room, easy access to the lake and restaurants, room was nice and clean and roomy, was pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed our stay, the front of the property could use a make over which would make it more inviting, but all in all, it was a nice place for the price!

Great location. 5 min walk to ferry to Nantucket and less than 15 mins walk to restaurants and shopping. Shower was the only thing I wasn’t a fan. The staff is amazing and very helpful.

Ocean street hotel

Our stay was good, everything we needed and wanted to experience was In minute walking distance from our hotel. The room was clean bedding was as well. Our bathroom cloths and towels were very nice! Loved our stay we will be coming back.

When we arrived the hotel looked deserted so I called and found out they seem to have a few properties connected on the street. Mid October is off season so we were moved to the harbor hotel a block away. I was very grateful for this since the other one was a ghost town. Out stay at the harbor hotel was fabulous. Very large rooms, very clean, and all staff were great. This is also located across from the ferry so the location was perfect. We also enjoyed all of the restaurants on the street with Spanky’s being fabulous for their lobster roll.

We had the most amazing, end unit on the second floor facing the harbor. The use of the amenities at the sister property were fabulous. It was right beside the Black Cat which had delicious food and a quick walk to the Melody Tent for a concert. We will be back for sure!

I had to check-in other location(sister hotel) but they are nice and kind. This inn is close to main street and also grocery, so very convenient to stay there. But, the outside pool needs to be managed so that the ducks cannot enjoy swimming there!!
