Welcome! Enjoy your stay at our spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath open floor plan home. Fully equipped modern kitchen, with dishwasher. Large open living and dining room area with sliding doors going out to a large outdoor deck, gas grill, fenced in backyard, garage, and driveway. Master bedroom is one Queen sized bed and TV, second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a pull out Queen sleeper couch in the living room. All furniture is brand new recently purchased. Washer and dryer are located in basement. Central A/C, WiFi, TV in living room. Newly renovated bathroom with large walk in shower, also there is an outdoor shower. It's very well located, close to many shops and restaurants. You cannot beat this location!! The house had a lot of amenities. The host Lisa answered very quickly to all our questions and was very friendly. The only thing that can be improved was the cleanliness. The main appliances (fridge, microwave, shower, toilet and bathroom sink) were clean but the rest, the drawers particularly could be improved as there was hair, facial hair and dust. Same thing with the floor as they did not seemed clean at all. Overall this is a great rental choice for your Cape Cod holidays. Nous avons eu un séjour agréable.
