They also provided no helpful information regarding where or how to access the pool, pickleball courts, or other community features. The pool was not heated as advertised. Communication was difficult and when I asked a question, the response I was provided was “thank you for your feedback” instead of an answer to my question. It was a frustrating process, and while the accommodations were nice, I wouldn’t book through them again due to the inconvenience and inability for us to use the community amenities. ##### Camilla D.
