Some issues with TV reception whilst there around Sky but Anthony did all he could to address, maybe potential issue as old box not relying on internet connection. Must be our 12 or so visit to the Bay since 2017, and first time in a property like this and would recommend"

"Myself, my husband and our dog Stanley have just enjoyed a 4 night stay at the Lighthouse, the Bay, Filey. The property was perfect, in a great location for all the amenities. The house itself was very clean, comfortable and was well equipped with everything you might need. We have to the Bay on numerous occasions and no doubt be returning in the near future."

"Blue Bay is a comfortable beach house near all facilities and close to the beach path. It is spacious and clean with everything you need for a great holiday. The outside space and seating is amazing with retractable doors leading to a large decking with comfortable chairs and loungers. The patio at the back has bench seating and a bbq. We come back year after year."
