I had confirmed booking from Expedia but the guy at reception denied by booking from 8th Aug - 15th Aug. Expedia customer care did not even help me out with the situation as well. Please don't book this property from Expedia, as according to this hotel they said Expedia to delist them 3-4 months ago. The check in was good and smooth. The check out on the next morning was awful. There was a change of staff and the new staff were rude. They practically threw us out of the hotel room. We found out that they had delayed passengers of an earlier pick up time and had kicked us out earlier so that we could share the same car to the airport. This is unacceptable. Airport transfer as quoted by Expedia on my reservation comfirmation not $7.00'return but $20.00. I paid $10.00 for a one way to airport. Expedia please correct this. Even though we left earlier than the official BF time,the front desk representative prepared a small breakfast for us.
