Hubertus Vacation Packages

The room was very spacious and clean. We loved the convenience of the area and the many amenities es provided on site. The team did an amazing job of communicating with rapid speed.

We always stay at the Pfister because of its great location . A few troubles this time. The tv service in our room kept going in and out. Of course someone offered to come and fix it but at the time it wasn’t ideal (already in pajamas). There was also a dirty pillow case on the chair in our room when we first arrived . I also was disappointed there were no locker rooms or other amenities in the spa area. My husband had a massage but was allowed a 10 minute shower afterwards, then had to vacate for the next person. Other than that the food was great and the staff other than one snippy waitress was superb.

The Hotel & Casino was very nice! Clean, friendly staff! However, when we were told at check-in how to use our Food & Beverage Credit, it was not being excepted at the check-out when ordering and we were told to go back to the Hotel Check-In to get it fixed! At that point, we were too tired and considered it a loss.

Hotel was great! The bar was absolutely horrible. I went to the bar on Thursday night around 9pm, it was kind of crowded, took about 10 minutes to order a draft beer, and even longer to get it. When it finally arrived, which took a good ten minutes, the bartender and barback never checked back up on me, even when I had an empty glass in front of me. I flagged down the barback, asked for my check, and waited five minutes. Threw down $5, and left. Friday night, bar had maybe ten people in it at 8pm. After getting the attention of the bartender and barback twice asking to make an order and getting "Just a second, we'll be right with you", I left after 20 minutes. Horrible, horrible service in the bar. I can't recommend it.

We loved the place wgen we git there. Friendly staff and nice, spacious rooms. It went downhill from there. We ate at their restaurant and the food was terrible. Old cheese on a salad, undercooked vegetables, dry sushi. We coulnt eat it. We were there for an overnight getaway and concert. After the concert, we went straight to bed. The next morning, I turned back my blanket to find this dried, bloody booger on my comforter. So disgusting. We reported it, but just git, "Ew. We should look into that." No apologies. I would never stay here again.
