The lobby smelt like weed and there was one person working the desk during check in with a long line of people waiting. The breakfast wasn't free like we were told. The Valet regularly blocked out ability to get into the parking garage.

the room was clean upon entering. staff was attentive and friendly. if you do park there be prepared to walk just a little bit from the parking lot to the hotel which is across the street. the room itself was much smaller in the picture but i didn’t mind since i was solo traveling. also the pillows ...

Hilton Houston Plaza/Medical Center
Good stay for price and location. The room was fairly clean except shower, which was an easy fix. AC worked well and was turned on for check in. The staff were excellent.
