A room, the hotel, and the staff were excellent, except for when you tried to go to sleep. There was no sound barrier between the rooms. It seemed like we were listening to conversations, television, and I could’ve swore somebody in the other room seemed like they were cooking by banging pots and pans. We even had to order a box fan to try to help drown out the noise. We had stayed there last year on the third floor and loved it. This year we were in the room 209 and the sound was terrible. The rest of the hotel was exceptional, including the room and the people. But the overriding factor as you stay at a hotel so you can sleep at night. That part was very disappointing.
