Gelukkig maar, want het huisje zelf was duidelijk erg aan onderhoud toe! Bij de aankomst was er ook bij ons niemand voor de sleutel, je zou denken na alle andere reviews die hetzelfde zeggen dat dit probleem verholpen zou zijn. Na bellen zei een mevrouw aan de telefoon dat ze niet wist wanneer hij er zou zijn voor de sleutel dus konden we het het beste komen afhalen bij haar. Na een onmogelijke speurtocht aan hand van een vage beschrijving haar huis weten te vinden voor de sleutel. Het huisje zelf was mooi gelegen en had veel fijne grote ramen en deuren die open konden. Alleen de oven die je op de foto ziet van de keuken was er niet, er was een magnetron ervoor in plaats gezet (terwijl op die plek niet eens een stopcontact aansluiting was). Zet dan niet bij de beschrijving dat er een oven is! Ook de sauna werd niet warmer dan 40 graden en viel er een hoop op aan het huisje wat nodig eens onderhouden moest worden (kastdeuren die niet sluiten, douche die met de hand vastgehouden moest worden). Als dit soort dingen bijgewerkt zouden kunnen worden zou het huisje bij mij makkelijk 10/10 kunnen scoren, maar helaas toch genoeg mankementen om je aan te ergeren. Enkele voorbeelden het regelen van de temperatuur in de sauna is moeilijk omdat de knop stuk is. Er zijn tochtspleten in de sauna. Het netje van de pinpongtagel is aan vervanging toe. Eén keu van de biljarttafel is stuk. De deur van de keuken kan alleen langs binnen geopend worden. De kast in één van de kamers sluit niet meer. Er is wel geïnvesteerd in nutsvoorzieningen. Voorbeeld je hebt onmiddellijk heel warm water in de badkamer. Het huis is vlug opgewarmd. Dat was heel fijn. Het uitzicht vanuit de leefruimte is super. Er is voldoende materiaal aanwezig in de keuken. Het huis heeft veel ruimtes waardoor het groot genoeg is om met 6 personen te logeren. Spinnerag in de hoeken, zand op de vloeren, vieze wastafels. Dat over het mindere deel. Na enige schoonmaak was het in het huis aangenaam verblijven, devoorzieningen in de benedenverdieping (pingpong, biljart, sauna, etc.) gaven het nodige vermaak. Helaas was de thermostaatknop van de sauna stuk waardoor deze slechts op 1 temperatuur kon worden benut. De omgeving was mooi, het uitzicht vanaf het balkon schitterend. De positieve punten maakten de negatieve enigszins goed, maar een dergelijke start van een midweek vakantie is niet passend bij een belvilla.
