Manager has been helpful booking further accommodation in various locations. Lodge manager even let me borrow her personal hair dryer, so lovely. The only area for improvement would be better kitchen facilities, we brought with us pre-cooked bolognaise for re-heating and pasta to be cooked and there was nothing to do this with. Even an electric fry pan would have been great. A very drawn out process cooking pasta in the microwave took place haha as I didn't want to waste the 2kg of homemade bolognaise. Right next to the Summit lift and the main village. We could almost board right to the door. The common room always had a fire burning and good amenities for making your own food. The rooms were heated - but almost too much. The bed was creaky so we put the mattress on the floor (there was plenty of room). The staff were really friendly and helpfull the prior day call was really useful with advise to pre purchase car park, the check-in process was super quick and we were allowed in to our room early, the room had everything we needed. We arrive late at night n the staff is nice n wonderful, helping us with the check in and luggage. Location is fantastic, ski in n out to lift straight away. N it is next to day car park so very easy to check out n leave the luggage in the car. Cleanliness should be improved, I found hair on the pillow when we went in and toilet is a bit yellow. Shower is clean There is tv in our room but can not received anything, so useless.
