This beautiful spacious downstairs apartment is located on Lake Cortez. *****You will be walking down a sloped rock stairwell to the left of the garage to enter the Apartment.**** You will find the private entrance at the back of the home and the homeowner is NEVER there when guests are so you will have plenty of privacy. The views are gorgeous! Featuring 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, washer/dryer and a game room with a pool table! Guests have use of boat dock, and kayaks. Please wear protective life vests while on lake.

No Garage Use is allowed. No Fire Pit use is allowed, due to New P.O.A. regulations.

There is a stackable washer & dryer in the bathroom that is a condenser dryer and you will need to empty the water out of the drawer to dry your laundry


Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

YYou can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. The passes can be purchased at The Coronado Fitness Center, POA (Property Owners Association), or our Remax office. You get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:

Thanksgiving at the Lake. Beautiful home right on the water…. Amazing dock to sit on and enjoy the scenery. House was stocked with plenty of appliances and cookware. We cooked our turkey and dressing there. Beds are comfy. The game room with pool table was an extra. Loved hiking the trails at HSV. Highly recommend the house.

The place was very nice and we enjoyed our time there. There is only couple of things that I feel need improvement. The patio furniture had no cushions on them and we were unable to use the chairs to sit outside the home. There was no cover over the patio for shade during the day. There were very high grass(weeds) in the back area. It could have been cleaned up and made nicer looking. The last thing that would be an improvement is a better grill to cook on. The one there was a $25 little grill from Walmart.

WONDERFUL STAY

We were impressed with how large this ended up being there was more than enough room for our family. My teenage son and my grandsons really enjoyed playing pool when the sun went down and they could no longer be outside. Great view of The lake from almost every room in this unit❤️ I noticed some reviews talked about bugs outdoors. We did not have a particular issue with this.

We would rent again for sure!

Swimming and fishing on property at the dock which was fantastic for us. Not too far from the beach which was fantastic as well. The washer and dryer take forever and there is no dishwasher but we managed. Very beautiful decor and beds were pretty good.

Family Getaway

We had a fabulous weekend stay. Most gorgeous scenery great community, very peaceful. It was just like a home away from home. Great residence, great scenery, very secluded even though in village type setting. We hope to come again in the near future;

Perfect peaceful spring break getaway!

This property exceeded our expectations. Such a perfect spot to relax on the water and have a peaceful getaway. We enjoyed everything about this place; from playing on the pool table, swimming, fishing and kayaking off of the pier and then grabbing dinner downtown Hot Springs or grilling at the house while watching the sunset, it was perfect. Hopefully we’ll be able to enjoy this property again some time soon. Thank you for the best spring break!

Awesome location!

Loved the views & awesome to be on the lake! Lots of room in the house & loved having the pool table! Everything you need is provided here. Thank you for letting us borrow your home. :) My only suggestion would be to provide more extermination for spiders/spider webs outside.
