Please take extra care not to lose the gate opener as there is a $100 replacement fee). With direct water access, the recreational and relaxation options are endless! Assigned parking space (1 vehicle), guest parking space (1 vehicle), boat/trailer parking allowed on-site. There is NO SMOKING permitted anywhere on the property, any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine. There are NO PETS allowed, any evidence of a pet being brought onto the premises will result in a $500 fine. ESA and support animals are allowed by law, ESAs will have a $500 pet fee.
