Minutes from all best Hot Springs attractions, you can conveniently access Oaklawn Racing Casino and Resort, Hot Springs Ntl. Park, explore the historic bathhouses and spas and downtown area restaurants, shopping, the Garvan Woodland Gardens and so much more. Take in the daytime lake activity and tranquil sunsets, truly experiencing “Lake Vibes” from a location that can’t be beat.

As you enter the condo, you’ll find the elegantly designed bedroom to the right. The gold, taupe and pale blue soothing tones and a plush, premium-mattress King-sized bed guarantee a night of peaceful slumber. While you’ll likely be spending most of your time enjoying the incredible views from the patio, spending time out on the water or checking out all that the area has to offer—this bedroom makes the ideal place to retire and recharge, so you can wake up and do it all over again. And with an adjoining full bathroom, you don’t have to go far to primp.

Continuing down the hall, you’ll enter the living room. With maximum comfort and lake-style living in mind, the tasteful décor and furnishings throughout the home create spaces everyone will love. The living room is a great place to chill with family and friends. Turn on the electric fireplace for ambience (or warmth), grab yourself a soft throw blanket and watch your favorite movie from the mega cushy sectional. Let your competitive side come out and spread out a board game or deal out some cards. Or simply enjoy a glass of wine as you sit back, relax and unwind reveling in the lake life vibes. Whether you’re in the mood for games or just lounging, this is where everyone will want to hang out and take in the sights through the sliding glass door along the living room.

The fabulous indoor/outdoor lounge space, combining the living room and spacious patio, joins seamlessly to create your very own comfy observation deck. Grab your favorite hot or cold beverage, curl up on the cozy patio chairs and peacefully enjoy being at water’s edge.

Have fun cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or take the meal prep outside and make your favorite meal on the electric grill out on the patio (there is no electrical outlet on the patio so you will need to use the extension cord, stored at the coffee bar, to plug the grill into the outlet just inside the sliding door). There’s so much fun to be had just beyond the patio. Follow along the boardwalk that encircles the property’s waterfront. Make your way down to the perfect spot where you can drop a line to fish right off the dock or for the boating aficionados, we invite you to bring your boat! Take advantage of a private boat slip (for a fee of $100/day) and make the most of the onsite boat launch (gate clicker needed to access the ramp is stored in a white box on the fireplace mantle. Please take extra care not to lose the gate opener as there is a $100 replacement fee). With direct water access, the recreational and relaxation options are endless!

There is NO SMOKING permitted anywhere on the property, any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine. There are NO PETS allowed, any evidence of a pet being brought onto the premises will result in a $500 fine.

ESA and support animals are allowed by law, ESAs will have a $500 pet fee.
Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and submit to a 3rd party screening.
