"The Desoto Oasis" @ Hot Springs Village

Located in the popular Lake Desoto area of Hot Springs Village sits our property that is minutes from the west gate entrance and even closer access to the lake and golf. The home is spacious, has multiple outdoor seating areas, ample parking and top level amenities/features that will allow couples, golfers and families alike to enjoy a stress free and accommodating vacation!

Our property is a 1600 square foot home featuring 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths that is classy and functional!

The master bedroom has a king size bed, it's own private bathroom and walk-in closet, and is located on the top floor for privacy. It also has a smart tv which allows you to login to your favorite streaming apps.

The second bedroom is located downstairs and has a queen bed, walk-in closet and an attached Arkansas room connected to it which allows for awesome seating outdoors bug free!

The third bedroom is also downstairs and features two twin beds with plenty of closet space. A second bathroom with a tub is shared between the two downstairs bedrooms.

The fourth bedroom area features a twin daybed. It sits in an enclosed sun room which is perfect for enjoying a good book or place to enjoy the awesome sunshine when the bed is not being used!

The main living space has a wide open floor plan allowing to flow between the kitchen, dining, and living room areas. Off the main living room is an outside deck that is a perfect spot to dine outside. The living room is furnished with Lazy Boy furniture and boasts a 55" 4k smart TV which allows you to login to your own streaming apps.

All the furniture is of high quality and new. Kitchen has many items included to make an extended stay comfortable. Washer and dryer is included, along with high speed wireless internet. There also is a nice Weber grill for use (propane not included).

Nice place

Overall, a nice place with comfortable beds. When we arrived, the washer and dryer were full of towels and sheets, and no towels were replaced in the bathrooms. We dried what was left in the washer and just left everything on the kitchen table. I also had to empty the dishwasher and put up all the clean dishes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Seems like the cleaning service did not complete their cleaning tasks before we arrived.

hot spring getaway

overall i give this vrbo a 4 out of 5. the host was good. he quickly returned my call at arrival because the keyless deadbolt entry code malfunctioned and he promptly reset it. no big deal. the home was clean overall except the toilet in the front half bath was covered with diarrea all over the top of the bowl under the seat.it looked clean until you lifted up the seat. the outdoor furniture on the deck was too dirty to use. neibhors homes very close on all sides of this house, not much privacy. i would probably stay elsewhere next time only because the neibhoring homes are so close.

Great place!

I spent 18 days in this lovely house. I had everything I needed on the main floor and there was plenty of room for guests/family on the lower floor. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds and linens were wonderful! Television was easy to work with and had access to many channels. I would stay here again.

Wonderful location for family visit

The house had all the amenities we could have asked for. The neighborhood was quiet; the place was incredibly dark at night; the beds we’re comfortable. All made it easy to rest. One caveat is that downstairs guests hear every footstep from upstairs guests. So put lighter sleeper’s upstairs. The AC worked perfectly and the place stay dry and cool even when hot and humid outside. We had access to the DeSoto Outdoor Pool as Hot Springs Village guests and took advantage of it. Everyone in the village is friendly and looks out for each other. We will absolutely look to rent here again on our next family visit.

Perfect rental for a girls weekend. All beds were very comfortable. Great location. Plenty of towels and necessities for our group. Fast response when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely, quiet, and relaxing retreat. The house provided ample space to play games and visit, but enough bedrooms for privacy and time to ourselves. The kitchen was decently stocked with items we needed and the host was available and responded quickly when we had questions.

Clean, spacious property in nice, quiet neighborhood.

The house was very clean and was just what we needed for our stay. The open concept was great and there was plenty of seating for family members that came over after the funeral to visit. The stairs were a little steep for my dad and husband who have some physical limitations but we managed. Dad stayed in the upstairs bedroom. My husband and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom with the queen size bed. The mattress was soft and comfy but it sort of sinks in the middle so we continually had to fight rolling towards each other during the night. He is very hot natured so that was no fun. To make the stay even better you might consider replacing the mattress. It would also be great if you added a mirror in the bedroom. With everyone fighting for the bathroom and trying to get ready at the same time, I would have loved being able to dry my hair and put on make-up in the bedroom. We appreciated how quickly you responded on getting a plumber to the house. It's funny because I never noticed there was an additional half bath upstairs. I missed that message. We arrived on Tuesday and all four trash cans outside were full. We noticed on Wednesday that only two of the cans had been emptied and the other two were knocked over with the trash spread everywhere. I picked it all up and put it back in the trash can and we put our trash in one of the two empty cans. All in all, we had a good experience and would stay there again.
