This place is delightful. The bed we slept in was so comfortable. The rooms were decorated so lovely and comfortably. We had everything we needed in the house. The game room was a winner for our grandson - even my husband loved it. We walked around the neighborhood down to Quapaw St to look at the old estate houses. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Close to everything! We stayed in December so we didn’t get a chance to use the pool but we are already talking about going back this summer. The only issue I had was the parking, but it wasn’t really a big issue for us. Based on the pictures, I thought we could park behind the house, but the driveway was super steep and there was a gate at the bottom. I think we could have gotten one car in there, but I think getting out would have been an issue for my kids. Everything around our house is flat, so none of us felt comfortable parking on the steep drive. We just parked on the street and that was fine. Street was wide and there was lots of room. Beds were great. Lots of spaces for us to hang out. We used the pool everyday and loved it. Thanks for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Jeffrey P. We love Hot Springs and usually stay at the Arlington but this time we took a chance on this house and we weren’t disappointed. What an amazing property, such nice facilities! We loved the place, especially the pool. Description and photos were accurate. Neighborhood was great and convenient to everything in Hot Springs. We had a few minor issues, but they were taken care of immediately and we received great communication from both owner and property manager. Kitchen was well stocked (including spices, oil, and coffee) and bathrooms had everything (soap, shampoo, hair dryer, plenty of towels, etc.). Beds were comfy and linens were nice. Had a super clean house with the cleaner still being there over an hour after my check in. There wasn't communication about that. Tv remotes didn’t work ( they did replace ), more tp needed, some lamps didn’t work or couldn’t find switches, couldn’t is driveway because it needs new concrete which is happening soon, etc. They did respond but I didn’t want to have to deal with it.
