This tranquil open-plan cabin has sweeping panoramic lake views, as well as, an expansive deck space over the water for sunset dinning or simply relaxing. The pleasure of lake living while just minutes from all the unique shopping, restaurants, and activities Hot Springs is famous for. Liam\`s Lodge is located in a peaceful Lakefront Neighborhood, while still just minutes from dozens of charming local restaurants, breweries, shops, wineries, hiking, and the famous rejuvenating Hot Springs! The open-plan Living Room, Dining area, and Kitchen offer sweeping scenic views of the Lake. You can wake up in either our large Master Bedroom (with Queen Size Bed) or our Bunk Room (4 Beds) to spectacular Lakeshore Sunrises or relax in our Tub in privacy while still taking in stunning Sunset Water views. (2 Bedrooms, 1 Large Bath). Step outside onto our expansive double-deck and dock hovering over Lake Hamilton and enjoy Dining, Sunbathing, Swimming, Fishing, Water Sports, or simply napping to the relaxing sounds of water lapping on shore below. Or spend your Evenings gathered around the deck\`s new cozy Fire-Pit while stargazing in the gorgeous Arkansas outdoors! \* Please note the lower deck is being rebuilt this fall/winter. We understand it’s going through some renovations currently, although we weren’t aware of this at the time of booking, but it was great nonetheless. A cold front came through this weekend and the temps dropped with a good bit of rainy weather for 2 of the 3 days there. Had it been warmer like it was when we left, it was a perfect spot to enjoy it he outdoors on the deck and boat dock. The fire pit and grill were a great feature! The spacious bedroom was great and the bed was super comfy. The openness was nice for us as a couple, but the double pocket doors made it easy to close off for privacy if you have others. Waking up to that gorgeous lake view was the absolute best and an added surprise of the geese landing on the roof/deck made our morning. The location is great, amenities close by and just a short drive into downtown or out to the state park. and the heating could have been way better. Having a washer and dryer was an added bonus. With the dropped temps, the bathroom stayed very cold unless the portable heater was plugged in. The hot water wasn’t the best to fill up the tub, but hopefully those are things that they’re in the process of fixing. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit! ##### MaryJo L. The cabin as my kids called it, was cozy. The beds were extra comfortable and everyone slept great. Lots of blankets and we were so glad because we were freezing. The firepit and deck were fun and relaxing with family. Michael was responsive within an hour when I had a question. There were just a couple things that weren’t clean when we showed up. I cleaned them with supplies we brought. I was glad we brought trash bags and cleaner since there wasn’t any. The only downside we had was the water pressure. The water got super hot but it took forever to fill the jet tub. Overall we had fun and enjoyed the get away. ##### Monica A. The deck is wonderful, we tied our floats to the deck and hung out in the water everyday. The huge windows facing the lake allow a beautiful view, loved waking up to the lake! I wish we had brought kayaks because it was an excellent location for kayaking. We had plenty of towels, including swim towels which was a pleasant surprise. There was every cooking dish and utensil we needed. The living room heated up during the day but that is to be expected with the large windows. We really enjoyed dinner on the deck out back with the fire pit going. The grill would not light up using the push button igniter. Recommend bringing a long lighter to ignite the grill if planning on using it for cooking. We did not have one but a quick trip to Wal Mart minutes down the road solved that issue. We enjoyed fishing off the deck/dock. Wish we had brought a canoe or some kayaks because you could set sail right from the back. Overall great experience and our family really enjoyed the stay! ##### Brian W. The only hang up was with GPS, was it stopped us short of the actual address, so take caution if following. The owner was very timely and helpful with accurate directions. ##### Mary C. It also has a washer and dryer with bunk beds for the kids. We had a nice stay overall but the bed sheets in the master had something gross between the sheets, so they obviously had not been washed. (Which in the price is a fee we get charged for the cleaning of the house). The only compensation was a free night stay but we had to back to the work week. He offered to settle it later, but then we didn't hear back from him.. other than that the house was nice and cozy. ##### Francine W. Everything was a short drive away from the cabin. The fishing was good. Michael is a great host. He answered every concern I had. We will be staying @ Liam’s Lodge again. The view is beautiful.
