I loved that the condo was pet friendly. Having a pet friendly rental was a priority for stay in Hot Springs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well kept. The stackable washer dryer combination was an amenity I used frequently. The inner teflon lining in pots and pans in the kitchen were scratched and stained. Down side is it is a 3 level duplex(thats 6 units) so guests above were very noisy. The condo itself was nice. Water pressure was very low in shower, like a lavatory sink faucet worthy amount. The parking was a nightmare. Its not a side slope since the unit hanging off the hill. If the unit is full, there is no way vehicles can move about safely without hitting each other. ##### Anna C. We loved visiting Hot Springs. The location was a perfect balance away from the downtown area. We liked that and enjoyed the sunset off the balcony. The condo is on parking level so no stairs to go down or up to get to it, which was great. We will stay again if we make it back to Hot Springs. ##### lena w. Our host Scott was amazing and very knowledgeable, he made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us to ensure we had everything. We had coffee provided as well as all our personal items included, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion… blow dryer and so much more. The view from the balcony was so relaxed, coffee in the morning looking at the lake and a beautiful sunset every evening. The beds were clean and comfortable.
