I loved that the condo was pet friendly. Having a pet friendly rental was a priority for stay in Hot Springs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well kept. The stackable washer dryer combination was an amenity I used frequently. The inner teflon lining in pots and pans in the kitchen were scratched and stained.
