The house manager lives nearby and she communicated regularly and was very accessible. Although the roof has a great view of the town of Hopkins, there is no roof awning or umbrella to protect one from the sun so it is a sun bathing experience! ##### Atiba M. I found the property manager Gilda to be extremely flexible and willing to help. Our stay in Hopkins was exactly what I was hoping to experience in Belize, great snorkeling with a more laid back vibe. The home was beautiful, it had every convenience one could ask for as well as phenomenal sunset views from the roof top deck. Hopkins is a growing little gem in Belize and I would highly recommend staying in the beautiful Savannah Sand dollar when you come. ##### matthew w. It was the right size for us and very clean. We didn’t use the air conditioner because the evening sea breeze flowing through the house felt so good.
