Wonderful boutique hotel. Many originals antique furnishings and paintings throughout hotel. Room was nice size with modern bathrooms and deco style room furnishings. Decent fitness room in basement enough for full workout. Nice breakfast bar included and coffee/tea setup in lobby throughout day. There are homeless in area and throughout city but was never bothered. Very walkable location to stores and eateries. Lovely staff. Will return.

The resort is excellent with great amenities. However I had a bad experience during check-in. I had booked a 3BR condo for 3 nights in May, all the way back in Jan 2025. Upon checking in, I was told that the 3BR condo is not available and I had to wait 15-20 mins and was provided a 2BR condo. I was also told that I would receive a refund for the differential amount. However after checkout I didn’t receive any refund after multiple follow ups. Thus folks beware about what you are booking and what reservation you will get.

"I enjoyed my stay. There was a mistake with getting charged twice and they resolved it immediately. It is literally in the center of the city and right next to the mall. The city view is pretty nice on the West side. I wish there were microwaves in the rooms or at least in the lobby/common areas. ..."
